Since I've been forgetting to post the recipes....here is the one for the Herbed Slow Cooker Chicken. You know one thing I love about using my slow cooker is that I don't have to worry about the food, it cooks all day, and then it just shreds right off the bone. LOVE THAT!!!

Enjoy!!!

Herbed Slow Cooker Chicken
4 servings

Ingredients:

1 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp browning sauce, optional
4 bone-in chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; rub over chicken. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add broth. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
