It's that time of the year to celebrate and to let the ones you love know just how much they mean to you.
Lucky Leaf has the perfect way to show loved ones just how much you care. Bake some sweets for your Valentines using a little love and Lucky Leaf.
A few days ago I received a box from my favorite pie filling folks, Lucky Leaf. In the box, I found 3 delicious pie fillings, 3 wonderful recipes to make and a set of Rachael Ray's Bubble and Brown Square Singles Stoneware. Wow!
From the recipes, the kiddos and the adults in the house, picked the Cheesecake, so that is what I made for everyone to enjoy. It didn't last long, it was quickly devoured. It helped that it also looked adorable served in Rachael Ray's stoneware. So cute!
No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
15 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
8-oz tub of frozen whipped topping
1/3 cup of lemon or lime juice
21-ounce can of Lucky Leaf Premium Strawberry Pie Filling
Spread crushed cookies in bottom of 9-inch pie pan (or divide among individual ramekins for single serving). Beat together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, add frozen whipped topping. Add in lemon or lime juice. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. Chill for several hours or overnight. Top with Lucky Leaf Premium Strawberry Pie Filling.
So easy and delicious!
Now for the best part, a lucky winner will receive a Valentine's Day themed package including a can of Lucky Leaf pie filling, a recipe card and a Rachael Ray stoneware set.
