Portuguese Roasted Potatoes

Super easy way to make potatoes, perfect to serve with my Portuguese chicken or roast or steaks or whatever you please.

Portuguese Roasted Potatoes
5 medium potatoes, cut into small chunks 
salt and pepper 
garlic powder 
3 Tbsp. flour 
olive oil 
Wash and cut the potatoes into small chunks. You can peel them first or leave the skin on, I actually prefer the skin on, makes it tastier to me.

Place in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, paprika, garlic powder, flour and olive oil. Toss everything together to coat well.

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a 450 º oven (you can cook them at 375 degrees too if you have the time, I was in a hurry so I needed them done fast LOL) for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!

  4. Just wanted to let you know that I've been lurking around your blog for a few weeks now, and after trying some of your recipes, I'm really glad I found you! I have to convert some things to gluten free versions (because I have celiac disease), but that's usually not hard to do.

    But one comment...although I do love your new haircut -- so sophisticated! :) -- I have to admit that I miss that lovely picture of you cuddling your little one that you used to have in your "About Me" area. It was so sweet!

  6. I love to prepare some recipe with potatoes although i know that a person can gain weight if eat potatoes frequently, but i can´t deny that i really like the flavor, most of all when is combine it with some ingredients. Simply delicous. And when i cook, my husband usually is very happy.
