Everything looks wonderful!
Hey, I'm going to try making out a menu one more time. I've got it started thanks to you and Jersey Girl. So I might have it ready by Monday.
By the way I made those cream filled pastries last night and oh my gosh they are so good. If it wasn't for the kids wanting to eat them I would have eaten the whole tray myself. Take Care :)
Oh yum! My kids would love Chuck E Cheese!

My dear-
lemme just tell you i dont even know HOW i stumbled onto your blog, but every 2 weeks that i plan my menu now, i come here ( ok, i admit.. i come here alot.. i'm a foodie.big.time.) i made your Creamy chicken tonight with garlic mash- its from march 13 2008 menu. i have.the.pickiest.eaters.EVER! Day after day of cooking and getting excited about the meal, i am let down by their little voices that they dont like it, or the 19 mo old that will lift and curl her nose, not try it and push it aside. I tried this and BOTH girls ate it- i did fib a little, and told the 19 mo old it was chicken nuggets, but she fell for it ;) THANK* YOU for all your delish recipes. i cant thank you enough.. i felt as though i had hit a rut and was spending HOURS on numerous sites trying to put together meal plans and now.. i just come to yours ! My husband ate 2 large plates and told me it was the best.meal.ever ( we've been married 7 years!)
you're an inspiration, and in a few weeks when the fam comes to visit, i'm SO doing the omlette boiling! GENIUS!
