Two Week Menu Plan

I do my grocery shopping on the 1st and the 15th of every month, so I shop for two weeks, it's easier for me to do it this way than shopping every single week. Here is my menu for the next two weeks. 

 

Monday 2nd  
Breakfast: Sausage biscuits 
Lunch: Sandwich, Chips 
 
Tuesday 3rd  
Breakfast: Pancakes, Juice 
Lunch: Cheese and Ham Quesadillas  
Dinner: Portuguese Steak, Fries and Egg

Wednesday 4th  
Breakfast: Cereal  
Lunch: Asian Beef Wrap  
Dinner: Breaded Chicken Sandwiches, Salad

Thursday 5th  
Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll Toast  
Lunch: Tuna Salad  
Dinner: Lasagna   
 
Friday 6th  
Breakfast: Sausage Biscuits  
Lunch: Grilled Cheese  
Dinner: Garlic Wings

Saturday 7th  
Breakfast: Bagels w/ cream cheese 
Lunch: Salami Sandwiches 
Dinner: Roast Chicken

Sunday 8th  
Breakfast: Pecan Rolls 
Lunch: Tacos 
Dinner: Grilled Burgers

Monday 9th  
Breakfast: Banana Muffins 
Lunch: Taquitos 
Dinner: Beef Pitas

Tuesday 10th 
 Breakfast: Choc Chip Pancakes 
Lunch: English Muffin Pizzas 

Wednesday 11th  
Breakfast: Toast, Scrambled Egg 
Lunch: Ham Sandwiches 
Dinner: Cheese Filled Meatloaf

Thursday 12th  
Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs  
Lunch: Chicken Soup  
Dinner: Breaded Pork Chops, Garlic Rice

  1. Hi Sandra - I do mine for 2 weeks at a time, too. I just had the Portugese steak the other day - yummy! Still a favorite over here. Never had it with an egg on top though.

  6. I've got to try that Honey Mustard Chicken pasta! It looks so good! I'm just curious though...did you find bowties mixed with penne (?) pasta or did you just add some on your own?

  8. Would you please tell me your recipe for Breaded Pork Chops. I have a freezer full of pork chops and I have no IDEA how to make them taste good. I am not a fan of pork chops (they taste like liver to me), but I don't want the meat to go to waste.
